I specialize in working with adults who are feeling overwhelmed by life/work/college/family/friends/the world asking too much of them and feeling a sense of being out-of-control while anxiously trying to keep it all together. I work with people who are saying 'yes' when they want to say 'no!' I work with people who feel like they're pretending their way through life just to get by and fear that they will never truly "arrive" and get to be happy. I work with people who are perfectionists and struggle with the idea that they might be worthy regardless of what they can offer, accomplish, or how they can perform.

With evidenced-based modalities (meaning: no bullshit) and a trauma-informed lens (mindful that people have been through trauma & hardships), I help clients go from anxiety ruling their lives and using perfectionism & people-pleasing to cope to assertively pursuing the life they want to live with self-expression, curiosity, and joy.

If you and I were to work together, we would meet in my cozy office with color and warm lighting or via telehealth video. I would learn from you what your goals are for therapy/where you hope to experience change. And then our time together would be focused on how to create that change in your life with practice in and outside of therapy sessions.
