I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing psychotherapy with adults for over 11 years. I take a multimodal approach, tailoring treatment to each client's individual needs using various therapeutic techniques. Clients have told me that they feel comfortable with me due to my warmth and humor, which creates a feeling of acceptance and nonjudgment. I enjoy helping clients gain the skills to feel empowered in their lives. It is important to me that my clients see positive results and change through this process and feel supported throughout.
I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, adult ADHD, relationship issues, communication skill building, as well as many other life challenges. I am trained in EMDR and am licensed in PA and NJ.
