I am here to help. I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, challenges, and hopes for the future.
With years of experience working with diverse individuals, I have developed a unique ability to tailor therapeutic approaches to fit the individual needs of each client. My practice focuses on helping individuals work through a variety of challenges, including substance use, anxiety, PTSD, women's issues, and more.
It is okay to be nervous; my goal is to make this process as comfortable as possible. Our first session will provide an opportunity to get to know one another. Therapy with me is a partnership. Together, we work to make sense of past experiences, build skills for the present, and reconnect with hope for the future — always guided by you.
