Hello, and welcome. I'm Kristen Smith, LICSW, and I believe that reaching out for support is one of the most courageous steps you can take. With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in a variety of settings, including hospitals, community mental health, crisis intervention, outpatient therapy, and telehealth.
