I believe that no one knows you better than yourself. You know when you are at your best, and you know when things aren't quite right. Having the courage to seek support when things get difficult is an act of self-compassion. Whether you're experiencing loss, change, anxiety, stress, identity exploration, relationship conflict, family dysfunction, or simply need a safe space to process thoughts and feelings, my practice is a designated space where acceptance, creative expression, and healing are offered.
I am a licensed professional counselor and board certified, NJ state licensed art therapist with a decade of experience working in the field. I take an eclectic approach that is client centered, meaning I value the whole person and empower clients to take an active role in their own treatment.
I have a passion for working with young adults and currently offer clients (ages 13 - 99+) the option of in-person or virtual sessions Monday - Friday. I would be happy to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we would be a good fit and take the first steps towards positive change.
