Our work together will center on understanding your vision for a better life and collaborating to make those changes a reality. I draw on multiple therapeutic modalities, including CBT & EMDR. All modalities are evidence-based and approved by the American Psychological Association (APA), to tailor our sessions to your specific situation.
I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, & Trauma. Each of these conditions can present unique challenges but they are all highly treatable. Through our work, you’ll gain tools and strategies to manage symptoms, achieve emotional clarity, and work toward your goals in a way that feels effective and sustainable.
For clients with a history of trauma, treatment-resistant depression, or deeply ingrained negative beliefs, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) can be an especially powerful option. My experience with EMDR has enabled clients who previously struggled to make progress to achieve breakthroughs they previously thought were out of reach.
