Psychotherapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, interpersonal neurobiology, attachment focused work, and talk therapy are all integral parts of my practice. I offer you a supportive environment to work through the emotional pain and suffering. I have passion to work with clients, heal emotional wounds, regain a sense of peace and help you move towards healing.
