Specialty experience with military & first responders. My goal is to create an open and safe environment where you can share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. The thing that I do best when helping people, is my ability to build trust. I truly want to understand what someone is going through. This helps me to be able to look at what systems and/or things are influencing a person and what could be some problematic patterns of thinking and behaving.
I know how hard it is to reach out and take that step. I also know the challenge and worry of finding that provider who you "vibe" with. My passion is to help people through difficult times, come out on the other side and feel better.
