I work best with clients who are ready to go deeper and want to understand the unconscious beliefs quietly shaping their lives. My approach is warm, insight-based, and relational. Together we slow down, get curious, and develop a compassionate relationship with every part of you, even the parts that make you cringe.

I specialize in trauma, PTSD, and betrayal trauma, working with people carrying pain they never asked for. Whether you're processing a traumatic past or rebuilding after devastating betrayal, I use IFS and EMDR to help you release what you've been carrying, understand the beliefs underneath, and rebuild trust in yourself.

Betrayal is deeply isolating, but you don't have to carry the burden alone. Join a safe, supportive circle of women for an 8 week journey toward reclaiming your identity and rebuilding self trust. Using principles of Internal Family Systems, we will explore the 8 C's of the true self: Clarity, Calm, Curiosity, Compassion, Courage, Connection, Creativity and Confidence as a roadmap for your healing. Through a blend of psychoeducation and shared experience, this group provides the opportunity to rediscover the resilient woman within.
