CBT and Mindfulness perspectives are what I work from most, but I also incorporate other methods that will best help you work through, gain insight and clarity in what you're seeking to improve or change.

My goal and hope is that you feel as comfortable as you would going over to a friends house, sitting on their couch and having a meaningful conversation.
