I work with those who are navigating life transitions, burnout, and inner pressure to do it all "right." Many of my clients appear high-functioning on the outside — but internally feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I also enjoy working with people who are curious about their inner world, including dreams and unconscious patterns.
My approach is relational, thoughtful, and grounded in depth psychotherapy. You won’t get quick fixes or surface-level advice here — but you will find a warm and steady presence, someone who walks alongside you as you begin to untangle the deeper "why" behind your pain, and move toward a more authentic, empowered life.
