In therapy, I use a trauma-informed systems approach, using experiential, person-centered and integrative techniques individualized for client’s needs. My approach allows clients to understand how our past experiences and relationships impact one’s life and how to make movements towards change.
I believe that everyone deserves healing and has the ability to grow from life struggles. It is an honor to be a part of clients’ journeys and to witness them create a life they truly want for themselves. My style is warm and direct; it is important to me that my clients feel seen and understood during our work together.
