Often times I work with people struggling with past or recent trauma's. I also work with individuals struggling with challenging feelings. While I work with a variety of people with different experiences, I specialize in working with Frontline Workers (Police Officers, Firefighters, Doctors, Nurses etc.) who witness repeated trauma. I have a conversational, direct and nonjudgmental approach when working with you and will guide you to rethink beliefs that have held you back.
I am licensed in the state of NY/NJ/DE and meet clients virtually only. One of the many benefits of meeting virtually is to further enhance your ability to have your therapy remain private. I will provide a superbill for out of network. I have slots available for a discussed private pay rate, please reach out for more info
