About
As a NY State licensed clinical psychologist, as well as a certified school psychologist, I treat children, teenagers, & adults contending with a range of emotional difficulties. I approach psychotherapy from an integrative practice, tailoring treatment to the needs of the individual or the family. While helping clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their patterns, and their thoughts and beliefs; I also employ skill based Cognitive-Behavioral strategies, ensuring that clients can make effective changes in their lives & mindsets. I prioritize working collaboratively and ensuring that your needs are met in our work
I specialize in treating children, teenagers, & adults with anxiety, depressive disorders, emotional regulation difficulties, obsessive compulsive disorder, & more that interfere with well-being. I also treat children and young adults with ADHD & behavioral challenges, that get in the way of reaching their fullest potential at school, home, & work.
My priority is helping you or your child achieve a sense of well-being & satisfaction with your lives. I collaborate with families and schools to ensure that everyone is working together to make the necessary changes. Please reach out for a conversation on how we can work together to help you or your child reach your goals and lead a more fulfilling life.
