I have worked with individuals from elementary age through mature adults with an emphasis on adolescent years. I have a wealth of experience, including but not limited to social services, family therapy, group therapy, community mental health, and individual therapy. My approach is professional yet relatable, utilizing various methodologies including person-centered and strength-based systems approaches.
