About
Life is a journey. Sometimes the path is clear, and at times we may encounter twists and turns that can feel difficult to endure and impossible to manage. Maybe you’re feeling sad, lonely, lack motivation and not sure why. Perhaps you find that you worry more than the average person. Perhaps you are coping in ways that aren’t helping such as overeating, excessive alcohol use, or feel like you have nowhere to turn. Whether you’re having difficulty adjusting to a major life transition or just simply feeling overwhelmed, you're not alone. Together, we will identify the areas that are keeping you stuck so you can thrive.
I have 15 years of experience working in clinical mental health settings with individuals experiencing mental health diagnoses including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders as well as eating disorders. My approach is collaborative, supportive and non-judgmental. I will support you beyond your comfort zone to achieve meaningful change.
I am passionate about helping others, however I believe you are the expert of your life. The relationship between the therapist and client is a powerful vehicle toward change, and the most important component to achieving your goals.
