Hello I am Kristen O'Shea a pre-licensed professional in mental health counseling. I have worked in the field of developmental disabilities for years. I have a bachelors in psychology from Stony Brook University and a Masters in clinical mental health counseling from Long Island University. I also have training in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
