I see clients who are dealing with trauma, although it's not always obvious that past experiences are running the show. Many of my clients struggle with perfectionism, addiction, shame, boundaries, people-pleasing, self-worth, and feeling stuck. I am open and affirming of all identities and bodies, often working with communities I align with, such as queer, poly, ethical non-monogamy (ENM), and kink. I use a collaborative approach with lots of humor and raging against the machine (shame).

I specialize in healing through neuroscience, parts work, ACT, mindfulness, and self-compassion. I use a nervous system-based approach that bridges science and evidence-based practices with your body and mind's natural wisdom for healing.
