If you have survived something that has caused you pain, you deserve to heal and release what has been trapped inside of you, without fear of judgment. There is no "right" or "wrong" way to recover; everyone is unique. All of the "marks" of trauma you notice in yourself hold wisdom to offer, in terms of understanding how you managed to stay alive and survive this whole time. It’s not about looking for “what’s wrong” with you; it’s about understanding what’s happened to you and taking your power back.

It is my honor to work with survivors of sexual violence and trafficking, criminal justice involvement (e.g. incarceration, gang membership), homelessness, and first responder-related vicarious trauma, as well as those with multiplicity/plurality (aka Dissociative Identity Disorder) and extra-sensory experiences (sometimes called psychosis).

It's never too late to shift from just surviving to thriving, and I am here to move alongside you in your journey toward posttraumatic growth and resiliency. My style is based on a relational, empowerment-driven, collaborative approach. I'm here to help you find your inner strength, and all parts of you are welcome.

I base what modalities I use on the model of Phase-Oriented Trauma Recovery. I typically combine elements of Parts Work, the Trauma Regulation Integration Process, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, and Narrative Exposure Therapy, so as to practice a parts-informed, storytelling, nervous system regulation integrated approach. We will collaborate and choose these together.
