I work with people navigating anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, crisis of faith and relationship challenges. You want to feel unstuck and free. You want to be less anxious, stressed, and frustrated and I want to help you feel seen and to live a more connected and peaceful life.

I also offer Christian counseling, helping clients work through questions of faith, church hurt, spiritual struggles, and the intersection between emotional and spiritual healing. I also provide counseling for pre-marital or pre-engagement counseling for couples.
