I offer free consultation so we can meet to discus your or your child's therapy needs and determine if we will be a good fit. I have extensive training and experience working with children, tweens, teens, adults, and couples, My practice focuses on anxiety, depression, ADHD and other neurodiversity, puzzling behavior, learning disabilities, giftedness, trauma, and catastrophic illness. I use an integrative approach to therapy which allows me to get to know you and determine the therapeutic techniques that fit your individual context, preferences, and learning style. I use play therapy with children. I offer individual sessions for children and adults, parent/child sessions that focus on relationship and interaction and ADHD evaluations.
My main goal at the beginning of the therapeutic process is to provide a safe place for you to start or continue the process of self exploration. This process typically happens in waves of difficult and joyous discovery and growth. With grace, hard work, laughter, tears and commitment I will be with you as you experience yourself bloom.
