Hi! I am Menger, or you can call me Kristen! I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Colorado. I work with individuals, couples and families who are looking for a compassionate, culturally attuned space to heal and grow. Experiencing trauma or stress could be lonely and isolating, one of my goals is to be there for my clients when they decide to be on this journey, and make processing less lonely. I am here to help clients access their inner wisdom, to heal and grow strong, like bamboo.
I specialize in supporting children, adults, couples, and families through a trauma-informed, relational and attachment lens. My approach is grounded in Synergetic play therapy, EMDR therapy, and the Gottman Method, balancing neuroscience and somatic aspects. I am also trained in different modalities to help clients find the best tool for their journey.
