I specialize in counseling adolescents and adults, although I am not limited to that demographic. I also enjoy working with couples. I help clients discover that they have the power within them to overcome obstacles, to express their needs and wants appropriately and make the choice to reach their goals.
Each client comes with their own experiences and needs which is why I use a wide variety of treatment modalities. I strive to meet the client where they are. Some of the main theories I use are Client-centered, CBT and Choice theory.
I have years of experience working with at-risk youth and their families. I have worked with clients who face infertility and are navigating the adoption process. I also have experience with young adults struggling on their journey into adulthood.
