I have a particular fondness working with OCD and its sub-types (harm, aggression, sexual, religious, contamination, illness, etc.). I also specialize in religious/spiritual trauma and those who are struggling with doubt and uncertainty around spirituality. And, a large part of my work is with anxiety, depression, relationships, and personality disorders.
As clients work with me, they discover they are loved, regain a sense of dignity and self-worth, and feel hopeful about the future. They become less fearful and more confident. They experience joy and peace where they once felt distress. Mental/emotional pain is agonizing, but it doesn't have to be permanent. Change, healing, and freedom are yours to claim.
