I provide Concierge Mental Health Services which include weekly therapy, priority scheduling, weekly group support, access to free educational materials, and structured additional therapy sessions during times of increased stress at one affordable, monthly rate. In addition, I provide professional autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and mental health assessments, My approach is warm, validating, and collaborative, helping you reduce distress and better understand yourself.
I integrate evidence-based strategies including play therapy and CBT with deep listening and relational care. My clients often describe me as warm, nonjudgmental, and attuned to nuance. I believe therapy should help you both cope in the moment and build a sustainable life that reflects who you are.

I act as a social skills coach with IRLSocialSkills at www.irlsocialskills.com, a company which teaches communication (social) skills to teenagers, adults, and their caregivers. Most of our learners are autistic. Topics taught include basic individual and group conversational skills, sportsmanship, handling bullying, and dating (for the adult class).
