I offer support to clients navigating through grief & loss, relationship issues, anxiety, recovery & mental health diagnosis traditionally & not traditionally covered by insurance.
With extensive training in anxiety, depression, grief, career and life transitions, I am able to assist clients in gaining insight and awareness into their strengths while building upon them. I am able to provide excellent cost effective counseling through telehealth, as well as offering a warm, safe and inviting atmosphere for in person counseling.
