Hi! My name is Kristen, and I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen their relationships and find deeper connection. My clients come to therapy feeling stressed, overwhelmed, burnt out, and anxious. Many are navigating modern parenting or adjusting to the role of motherhood, looking to improve relationships with partners or children that may feel disconnected or tense, attempting to set healthier boundaries or increase balance at work, working to heal from past pain or trauma, or striving to find greater fulfillment overall.
I work with individuals & couples to help reduce conflict and arguments, increase healthy communication, explore difficulties with intimacy, tackle issues of parenting or co-parenting, and understand how early relationships have helped set current patterns and struggles. My clients learn to trust and understand themselves while improving their relationships.
My approach to therapy is warm and supportive, and I value truth, realness, and humor in sessions. I am also not afraid to gently nudge clients to explore new ways of seeing the world or approaching challenges.
