I specialize in therapy for depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Everyone has the potential to grow through therapy and lead a more fulfilling life. I work with children, teens, and adults of all ages.

I believe in person-centered therapy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Mindfulness and many other techniques are all a part of the toolbox I used to help you improve your mental health. My therapy approach is tailored to each person I work with.
