The goal of CBT is to change patterns of thinking or behavior that are behind people’s difficulties and thus the way they feel.
With a certification in Marriage, couples, and family counseling I am trained to assist couples and families with resolving conflicts, building healthier interpersonal relationships, and fostering more effective ways of communication.
