The Wednesday Noon ADHD Coaching Lab is a small, pay-per-session group for adults with ADHD who want practical support and fresh perspective. Each 60-minute Zoom session helps participants think things through, get unstuck on real-life challenges, and learn from others in a supportive, low-pressure space. Wednesdays at noon (ET). $45 per session. Group capped at 8.
