I am living my best life as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with experience in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings. I believe that life experiences shape each individual and strive to assist clients in gaining insights to reach their highest potential and create a fulfilling life. My approach to counseling includes various theoretical approaches to accommodate each individuals specific needs, including but not limited to Person-Centered, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT and Trauma Focused.
