I specialize in working with children ages 3+ and adolescents, particularly using play therapy and creative/expressive arts interventions, to support emotional and behavioral growth. I received extensive training in Trauma, Attachment, Play Therapy (including telehealth applications), Expressive & Creative Arts Counseling, Experiential & Outdoor Therapy, CBT, MI, and DBT. Whether through talking, playing, or creating to explore emotions, my approach is collaborative, compassionate, non-judgmental, and tailored to your unique needs.
