Change is possible and I believe there is always more healing available to us. Through integrating art and trauma therapy I seek to empower people to express themselves, access their strength, heal, and move forward.
Art therapy does not require artistic experience, all that is needed is an openness to create. Art is a catalyst for healing and growth and can be used many ways in therapy. I also integrate trauma therapies with art therapy, including: Anchored Relational Model and EMDR Therapy. I also enjoy incorporating Client’s Faith and Spirituality as wanted.
It is an honor to come alongside people to empower them to heal from the past, change thought patterns, work through conflicts, find strengths, develop resilience, envision new possibilities, or connect deeply with a sense of meaning and purpose.
