Adolescent DBT/ Virtual

Adolescent DBT is a very helpful treatment for mood and behavioral dysregulation. It is an evidenced based treatment. This is a Vitual Group, held every Tuesday evening from It is ongoing, meaning one can join at any time. It takes 6 months to graduate. To join the group you need to have an Individual therpist as well, however, at The Art of Validation and Change (our agency) we allow teens to use one of our therapists or use their own.
