I offer therapy for children, teens, adults, and families, using trauma-informed approaches like EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness. I especially enjoy working with individuals on the autism spectrum and draw from research focused on ASD and childhood trauma in rural West Virginia. My goal is to understand your needs and work with you to overcome life’s challenges.
