Do you feel overwhelmed by your emotions and feel unsure about how to resolve these feelings? You are not alone; I have worked with many people with a variety of overwhelming feelings, traumas, and anxieties. Together we will explore how to manage these anxieties ad overwhelm. Or you may be having relationship struggles that cause intense feelings of guilt or shame, or perhaps you feel like you've lost yourself as a new parent. In whatever form your pain may be in, I am here to help you understand the reasons for your pain, and then we will work together to help you feel better.
I specialize working with children, teens, adults, and couples who struggle with these overwhelming emotions from trauma and anxiety, or who are wanting to develop deeper connections with their partner or family members. I also provide parinatal and postpartum support as well as LGBTQ+ support.
When working together, I work by incorporating many different types of therapy depending on your needs. You will learn coping skills, how to develop more connection and intimacy within your relationships, and how to live more authentically.
