My approach to psychotherapy is to provide empathy and support while giving you useful feedback and insight to help resolve difficulties you are experiencing. I work with children and families providing individual, couples and family therapy. I have a special interest in women's issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, and overall adjustment to life transitions. I also have considerable experience helping parents navigate issues related to divorce, adoption, anxiety, grief, loss and attention.
