I’m Kristen, a deeply skilled psychotherapist who blends clinical precision with grounded, human connection. I assist patients move through the emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges that feel too heavy to carry alone and I do it with a trauma‑informed, compassionate, and results‑driven approach. My clinical background spans from acute psychiatric care, substance rehabilitation, to outpatient psychotherapy, giving me the ability to support patients with deeply personal mental‑health needs. I’ve worked teens, adults, and older adults, and I understand how emotional pain shows up differently in every stage of life
My goal is simple: to help you feel safe, understood, and empowered to rebuild from the inside out. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), trauma‑focused interventions, and psychodynamic principles.
