I specialize in three main areas - dating, relationship and post-relationship/divorce growth with individuals, perinatal mental health (fertility, pregnancy, loss and grief, postpartum anxiety and depression, and adjustment to motherhood) and trauma/abuse (including complex and relational trauma and narcissistic abuse recovery).
I am passionate that adults experience satisfying relationships with their partners, family, friends and children by healing the essential relationship, with oneself.
