I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults including those struggling with depression or other mood disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, maintaining healthy relationships, and behavioral or health concerns.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure Response Prevention to increase functioning and decrease symptoms leading to improved life satisfaction, school/work performance, self esteem, healthy relationships, and overall wellness.
I focus on building a therapeutic relationship while using CBT, ACT, DBT, and ERP to maximize the benefits of therapy. I use empathy, humor, and validation to help clients reach their full potential. I offer daytime and evening appointments both in person and virtually.
