Most of us have past experiences that create barriers in our ability to live as our most genuine selves.
Our bodies, minds and emotions all experience life in unique ways. When we are stuck, it’s often because one of those three elements are not in agreement with each other. Our mind might tell us we are ok, but if our body feels scared we will be stuck. To move forward we need to heal in each of those areas.
I use Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, to help people understand their patterns and begin to make the changes they seek. Not every approach works for every person. My goal is help you in the way that is best for you.
I listen for and look for how we tell and carry our stories. Sometimes when we talk our stories are full of words, but the feelings those words hold are muted. Our bodies, minds and emotions all experience life in unique ways. I like to hear the whole story.
