About
It is ok to not be ok! Sometimes life is difficult. People struggle with everyday stress and sometimes extraordinary stress. Couple that with depression, anxiety, or a mood disorder and it's completely expected that you might not feel ok! That's why I am here to help. I use an array of techniques to provide support and help you build insight to approach everyday problems and extraordinary problems.
I use primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. Thoughts, feelings and behaviors are all connected. When you can change one - the others typically change too! That change can be amazing!
It doesn't matter where you are on your life journey. I'll join you there! My goal is to come alongside you wherever you are and help you move forward with confidence!
