My clients are often navigating relationship confusion—wondering if their relationship is healthy, figuring out how to move on after a breakup, or asking themselves, should I stay or should I go? As a trauma-informed, person-centered therapist, I consider your full story and tailor my approach to your needs—whether that’s deep emotional work or direct support. I help people heal from toxic relationships, body image and self-doubt to rebuild trust, feel seen, and reconnect with their values.
