Therapy is a personal commitment and choice for an individual who wants to gain a greater understanding of their strengths and struggles. I offer insight-oriented psychotherapy in a comfortable environment where you can feel safe, accepted, and heard. My goal is to work collaboratively with you and assist you in cultivating a greater sense of self-awareness to live a more fulfilling life.
As a clinical psychologist, my focus is on the individual treatment of adults (18 and up). I have chosen to specialize in areas that include (but are not limited to) prenatal and postpartum mental health, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, family conflict, parenting issues, loss and grief, self-esteem, and adjustment.
I have extensive training and education in assisting others in their journey of self-acceptance and personal growth. Let's work together in helping you become your best self!
