I believe therapy is an opportunity to grow and transform psychologically, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Together, we will develop goals that can help to remove barriers that are preventing the client from being the version of themselves they want to be. Through this collaborative process, clients can learn how to take on more challenging aspects of their lives.
I utilize a psychodynamic/object relations framework and many CBT based interventions in my work. This means I am interested in how a client’s past experiences with primary caregivers have shaped their lives. I also provide skills and techniques to help clients change negative thought patterns and improve their current relationships.
