I provide counseling services to clients aged tween and up. My focus is compassionate, empathetic care for all of my clients in a non-judgmental and supportive environment.
Initially, my focus with each client is to establish a rapport, which allows for a more comfortable and productive session. Everybody has their own unique and individual needs, and together, we work collaboratively to create therapeutic goals.
Sessions may focus on developing healthy coping skills, expressing feelings appropriately, building self-esteem, and working on building behavioral strategies to handle life's issues and make enduring changes.
