I love to work with Couples utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy, which I am based trained in. I also work with adolescent/young adult , and families who are dealing with any of the following: Anxiety, Depression, phase of life problems, stress, and Parenting skills.I also recently have been working towards becoming a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
