I have been in practice since 2017 and have worked in various clinical settings including school based services. I have experience working with anxiety, mood disorders, eating disorders, and school avoidance. My therapy style is grounded in aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness based approaches.
