I enjoy working with children who struggle with behavior at school or need help overcoming trauma. I also like helping adults overcome life changes that can often result in trauma such as divorce, identity challenges, and grief. I enjoy helping people find relief from trauma by using EMDR.
My specialty is children and trauma in all ages. I would like to help turn your children’s interests and talents into strengths that will help them in their daily lives. Trauma buries its roots in our bodies and minds, and I want to journey with you in finding symptom reduction in relief.
I enjoy spending time with my family that consists of my two dogs, one cat, and husband. If I'm not binging Netflix or Hulu you'll find me curled up with a fantasy or romance book.
