Another passion of mine is providing a safe space for perinatal women to address issues such as perinatal mood disorders, self-care, and the tough transition of pregnancy and motherhood.
I have a background in various issues from substance abuse to domestic violence to codependency; however, I have a special passion for families, adults, and couples, including in the perinatal period, who wish to work on their relationships. But YOU are the expert on yourself! I will work collaboratively with YOU to address your concerns and meet your goals.
